Ali Arango comparte consejos para tocar escalas rápidas en reposo.

In order to truly understand what is going on in a given piece of music, you need to learn some basic theory! This lesson will help you see how the chords that you've been working on throughout the previous two lessons relate to one another musically. In this lesson, you will be learning an excerpt from Carulli's Ecole de Guitare in order to develop some more complex right hand patterns, and a simple rasgueado. Both of these skills are vital to understand in order to prepare the Malagueña Fácil at the end of the course!
Pieces That Use Chord Patterns
In this lesson, you will be learning a longer piece, Ferdinando Carulli’s Poco Allegretto op. 246. This beautiful short piece is based almost entirely on chord patterns you have already learned in this course!
It's time to shift focus and take a look at some left hand techniques! In this lesson, Mircea covers the nuances of hammer-ons and pull-offs, how to synchronize movements in both hands, and gives some tips for creating clear slurs!
This lesson covers some fundamental theory concepts: Intervals and constructing chords. Once you understand how chords are built, you'll be equipped to easily analyze the music that you learn!
